Testing happens throughout the design process, from seeking opinions through focus groups and online platforms and surveys, to low-fidelity mock-ups of devices, environments and online interfaces. We keenly observe what works and what doesn’t, informing decisions early on and minimising risk.
We also have high-fidelity testing facilities, to trial services or spot and fix technical bugs in digital experiences. We use state-of the art technologies to test online experiences, from eye tracking to recording mobile interactions.
