In the past 12 years, Luke has been responsible for large scale UX solutions and service strategies across sectors and platforms, helping them to develop their digital presence and positioning them as leaders in their respective fields. His clients have included the Post Office, Cisco, AEG, Rackspace, Allianz Insurance, Aviva, Channel 4, TSB Bank and Lloyds.
Lina has joined us from Engine and is a service designer with experience in building global strategies for successful products, brands, categories and services for GSK, Unilever, Sainsbury’s, Swedish Royal Mail, Vodafone and Go-Ahead. She is an explorer at heart and is driven to uncover the truth of how consumers behave and what they truly need and expect in order to deliver the best possible service experiences.
James is an independent expert with a proven track record specialising in delivering advice that can bring organisation, order, logic, creativity and passion to businesses whether they are a startup or a small to medium sized company or third sector organisation. With over 18 years experience within the leisure, arts and charity sectors he is used to juggling a number of hats and is well versed in campaign management, office management, administration, finance, HR and IT.
