Joelle Bataille, our Experience Director has led and designed transformative service experiences across fashion, FMCG, health-care, finance, travel, broadcasting, telecommunications, insurance and mining sectors. Joelle has extensive international experience and has worked with leading clients including Virgin Voyages, Orange, Barclaycard, Turnbull & Asser and EE to name a few. She applies her passion about positive design and how technology lives in our everyday lives to help change behaviours and adoption to new disruptive services.
Gemma Osgood, User Experience & Service Designer, comes with an enviable client portfolio, including Sky, Macmillan Cancer Support, The AA and Royal Mail. Having joined earlier this year, she has already made fabulous impacts for Mitchells & Butlers and Dimension Data. She is passionate about solving real life problems and enhancing people’s lives by gaining deep insight into human behaviours.
Andrew Arnott, Client Service Director, has extensive full life cycle experience in the digital space across financial services, travel, NGO’s, broadcast media and the music industry. Andrew’s work is based on an interest in the human condition and how people interact with technologies, developed through curiosity and a willingness to learn. He believes we are capable of an abundant future through innovative technology and is fascinated by how this can positively advance human lives.
Gialdo Muller is a passionate user experience designer who has worked across the entire UX journey for industry leading clients list including Canon, Ubisoft, Google, Specsavers, GSK, P&G, Heineken and KFS. Speaking 5 languages fluently, he brings with him cultural empathy, deep curiosity to understand human needs and passion to experiment to solve challenging problems.
