Tesco's F&F fashion's ground-breaking multi-touchpoint retail innovation

Tesco commissioned Prospect to conduct an in-depth research programme to validate a new and ground-breaking multi-touchpoint retail innovation concept.

We investigated service pain points and opportunities across the complete F&F fashion brand customer experience. The programme included service safaris, extensive customer and staff research and customer journey mapping. The research has not only validated Tesco’s extensive innovation programme but has also resulted in exciting new retail opportunities to prototype, test and ultimately pilot.
