bmi has won the best airline website at the Travelmole Awards 2010. It is the second year running that the judges have chosen flybmi.com.

The Award Ceremony took place at the Canadian High Commission in London. Voted for by Travelmole subscribers and judged by an independent panel, flybmi.com beat off stiff competition from Flymango.co.za and Qantas.com

Since winning last year, Prospect have been hard at work making many improvements to the site, least of all using a people centred approach to streamline:

  • Updating the new booking engine to include ancillary product purchasing
  • Improving the managing bookings
  • Filming the new London Room experience video
  • Adding interactive maps for customers to explode Flight routes, airports & destination guides
