The 2010 Aircraft Interiors Show in Hamburg is the first public outing for a new partnership between Trans World Consulting and Prospect.
The pairing is built on the strengths of TWC's core offer in aviation and Prospect's approach to the creation of great customer experiences.
Carter Stewart, Director of TWC, will be an expert panelist at the show's opening press conference on Tuesday, 18 May at 10 AM. He will address the challenges facing the aviation industry today and in the future. Richard Eisermann, Director of Prospect, will spread the message of the importance of people centred design in a series of one-on-one conversations with airline industry leaders.
Both Carter and Richard have expectations that despite the economic downturn, ash clouds and industrial actions, the industry must look forward to better times.
Said Carter, "The aviation sector has been facing some of its most significant challenges in recent memory. Despite all the doom and gloom, the industry must prepare itself for the future by taking a long term view of trends and their implications. Together, Prospect and TWC offer strategic scenario planning that helps the industry to face the future with sustainable solutions."
"The thing to keep front of mind is the customer.” says Richard, “By really looking at and understanding peoples’ needs, great solutions follow. Sustainable design for aviation is about tracing the entire service experience from the moment someone leaves their home to the moment they return. TWC and Prospect offer the industry the insight and know-how to make that journey a seamless one.”
