Richard and Anja were happy participants in the largest Service Design Network Conference to date, held in Amsterdam on 24-26 November, 2008.

The Conference was testimony to the growing importance of this "new" design discipline. Practitioners from around the world brought the latest thinking, ideas and methods on service design. We shared the stories of success, as well as the tales of frustration, that we have been experiencing in our projects. It was great to see the like-minded groups out there, doing what we're doing. We are really looking forward to helping the SDN become a great professional organisation.
