Prospect is pleased to announce the launch of a completely redesigned mobile site for bmi that enables people on the move to now do much more.
Prospect co-created the new mobile site in conjunction with customers, who offered insights into what they really need while traveling. Importantly, the site was designed to feel and behave like an app, giving people an experience appropriate to mobile platforms. Importantly, bmi are the first British airline to offer customers the opportunity to book flights via a mobile site. Other features include:
Bmi’s frequent traveller Diamond Club members are also able to log into their accounts and view their miles balance.
The new mobile site gives the bmi brand an important new touchpoint for their customers. They can compare lowest prices to make sure they get the best deal, and then track, manage and customise their booking with all the flexibility currently offered online. Another important feature is paperless boarding, which eliminates the need to print a boarding pass. All these features make the site the ultimate for speed and convenience while traveling.
