Prospect delivered a day-long service design workshop to 6 Irish SMEs at the Centre for Design Innovation in Sligo, Ireland on 1 May.

As part of the "Innovation by Design" programme, we worked closely with Justin Knecht, the CDI's programme manager, to give the participating companies practical tools that they could use in their efforts to define and improve their services. The companies ranged from a local dairy to a software developer. The workshop received uniformly high marks from participants, including "I'd highly recommend this workshop to other organisations - it opened our eyes and we are challenging our own service models."
