Prospect has been working hard to develop Circle's new online presence - watch this space for the imminent launch!

Circle Health provides a range of private and public healthcare services, in environments co-owned and co-run by their staff. As well as ex-NHS buildings, Circle has also created state-of-the-art environments such as its flagship Norman Foster designed hospital, CircleBath, with a quality of food, service and interiors more befitting a hotel. It asked Prospect to design an online presence to match the service experience provided during visits.

The original site was difficult to navigate for staff and patients alike, and required a radical overhaul to bring it into step with a service that strives to provide the 'best patient experience, best clinical result' . The Prospect team are delighted to meet the challenge.

The new site will represent the different services and procedures offered by each hospital, treatment centre and day-care centre, whilst also providing a showcase for clinicians and partners. It will also detail a comprehensive patient journey to reduce stress and simplify the experience before, during and after a visit.

Final preparations are underway, and we can't wait to see it go live!
