Prospect came out on top in a hotly contested four way pitch for Europcar’s UK online business. By taking a close look at the customer journey on the existing site and using a deep knowledge of consumer needs when booking travel, Prospect made the winning proposals for the new site.  

Europcar will be working with Prospect over the next year to constantly improve their customer experience and raise the effectiveness of their online service, in what is expected to be a challenging economic climate. Prospect is up to the task, and with a sharp focus on users and their needs, we will do our utmost to help make Europcar the most compelling car rental offer in the UK (and Europe!).
