How a brand new class of airline got ready for takeoff

Silverjet, the business class only airline start-up, partnered with Prospect to launch a superlative new travel service. After securing funding, Silverjet had no physical embodiment of the brand to present to the public. No planes, pilots or lounges.

The digital service needed to start taking bookings three months before the official launch. And it needed to set expectations of the airline’s exclusive Silver Service In The Air experience, wasting no time in connecting with the desires of customers who might be with Silverjet for many years to come. Bookings exceeded targets, supporting a successful launch.

We created an immersive brand experience,  keeping the needs of business class travellers front of mind

Silverjet needed to establish a completely new service in a highly competitive market, gain new customers and make the total customer experience so enticing that it would foster long-term relationships.

We realised these service experience goals by creating an immersive website, booking engine and onboard entertainment system for Silverjet which would support and reinforce the physical business-class exclusive service.

We brought to life key brand defining services and provided consumers with choice and feedback opportunities, all while helping the airline to "own" silver.

Bespoke air travel

By ensuring a very easy booking process, the online service facilitated conversions three months before the official launch. Customising features including seat and meal selectors gave passengers their first glimpse of the airline’s bespoke ‘silver’ travel service.

Style City guides for the discerning traveller

Destination guides created in conjunction with Thames & Hudson, the publishers of Style City, provided visitors with stylish hints and tips for desired destinations.

In-flight entertainment

The Silverjet in-flight entertainment system was designed to support the total approach to digital touchpoints and ensure a consistent consumer experience with a coherent, memorable brand.
